Recently, my laptop encountered this error. It says Your system clock appear to have been set back ... Report code 0,3627,3618. This only happens when I tried to right click on certain file/doc to do a copy and paste. Please advise what I can do to resolve this problem. Thanks alot.

I'm also wondering if I should do a system restore to my laptop as the problem surface only two weeks back. If I did a system restore will recent installed programs, documents be gone?

Yes most like the documents would be gone but save them to an extarnal or a USB pen drive or some thing alike.
