Default Gigabyte MB-no Sata floppy

I made a mistake and bought a motherboard that will only accept SATA HDD, and it came without a SATA raid driver diskette. It says "Insert a prepared startup disk and the motherboard driver disk for windows XP in your system. Boot from the startup disk. Once at the A\:> prompt, change to your optical drive (example D:\>). "

What do they mean by a prepared startup disk? Is that the OS disk?

Tell us the exact make and model of your motherboard and hard drive and we'll find the drivers for you.

Grab a floppy disk, download this: GIGABYTE - Support - Motherboard - Driver Download run it, re-boot with the CD in and then press F6 when prompted at the first screen in the Windows setup.
