I really need some help, it may be simple to you, but my hubby has "lost" some important work". He was saving it to memory stick and it told him it had saved, but it doesn't appear to be on his laptop or memory stick! HELP

Welcome to PCHF. Could you elaborate some on the files you're trying to access?

When you go into "Open" on the flash drive ensure that under "File Types:" All Files is selected.
