Are filters any good as mine made my computers fans really rubbish

I dont think they are that good.They are just bits of plastic,like a circular screwed up item with what looks like millions of holes in.

My case internals are still getting dusty.

I took mine off and my computer became noisier but it cools a lot more also you cant see the dust as it spreads out lol

Yes I noticed.

What card are you running now to take dual screens?

Do you have one VGA?
Do you plane to have dual DVI or VGA?
Or one of each?

As I run VGA and a DVI and I notice the diffrence and will be upgrading my GPU.

I have a X1950 PRO that takes dual screen and has 2 dvi ports.

Is dvi much better then vga?
