Well the story is this :
When i turn on my PC and i wait for the Windows screens and stuff in the beginning it starts normally and shows me how Windows loads ,BUT when it has to show the welcome menu with the user button ,then it shows nothing . ...Just black screen . The fans are working during this time and the front light also works, but it shows nothing on the screen . I tried to restart my monitor and turned it of and on again ,but no results . THEN when i push the RESTART button which is on the front of the PC then it restarts and finally starts normally O.O ...
What is wrong with it???
Before it did this only 1 in 5 times and after a period of time with no problematic starting it just broke and now every time i try to start it ,i can ,but after a restart .
INFORMATION LOGS !!!
In the Computer Management 's logs i see these errors :
UPS error ( BUT I DONT HAVE A UPS !! O.O )
Service Control Manager 3 errors ...(In the first it says: The Alerter service failed to start due to the following error:
The account specified for this service is different from the account specified for other services running in the same process. IN THE SECOND IT SAYS :The Windows Service Pack Installer update service service depends on the Security Accounts Manager service which failed to start because of the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. ) AND THEN IT IN THE THIRD IT SAYS THAT IT COULD NOT START BECOUSE MY UPS (which i dont have !!!!) IS NOT CONFIGURED CORRECTLY ....????
And later there is a browser error .
help plz

"Welcome to PCHF Velio,

Well i tried to fix it from Windows repair option in the CD with the windows itself ,but i could not because i have no idea how it is done . There is a place where a dos or something like that apears and i dont know what comand to write there ... Is there a way to fix this at all or do i have to reinstal Windows? And what is causing it to think that I have a UPS in the first place when i dont have such a thing . |
