Default pc restarts

I had a problem with my graphic cards so I deleted them and then installed the latest drivers. This did the trick but this morning I turned on my pc today and I see the screen that says my motherboard on it which is normally but then my monitor says there is no signal and I have to wait for a bit for the pc to start up again and then it restarts and again and again. The best it got to was it managed to get onto desktop for 5 second and then restarted.

Hi there and welcome to the site

Try hitting F8 as you boot up, then select Safe Mode from the list. When in safe mode, try using either a driver roll back for your graphics card drivers OR a System Restore from the start > accessories menu.

It sounds like you're skipping the safe mode menu. As soon as you switch on, keep tapping F8 repeatedly until you see the safe mode menu.

hey I asked this problem on another site and they said it could be an overheating cpu. Could this be true?
