Window Firewall

I understand that window xp comes with fire build in it but you have to turn it on , can anyone advise how to turn it on .?

1.Click Start.
2.Click Run.
3.Type Firewall.cpl and then click OK.
4.On the General tab, click On
5.Click OK.
