Hi Gorskii.

While you wait for a tech to come along ........

Try opening Internet Explorer and press the alt key

Click tools
Click internet options
Click on the advance tab and click reset.

Go into your Firewall and make sure that Firefox and IE both have full access to the internet. This is highly dependent on what Firewall you use.
Access granted? Try downloading Firefox again, then uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox.
It might not be a bad idea for you to run some Anti-Spyware if you don't already.

Hi there.

Make sure neither browser is set to work offline (file > work offline), and verify that the proxy settings are correct (if applicable) for both.

Check that your firewall is letting them through as well.
