Tried installing a Windows update when the computer completely froze. The only thing that could get me out of it was the computer reset button, but since then, on each boot up it gives me the following options:-
Start up Windows normally
Start up Windows in last known working configuration
Start up Windows in safe mode
Start up Windows in Safe mode with networking
Start up Windows in safe mode with command prompt
Haven't tried the last two options due to being clueless, but the first three options goes to Windows logo screen, and after three of those bar thingys passing, the computer goes back to the screen asking me to choose one of the above options. So basically being sent around in circles.
Would someone be as kind as to guide me through what needs to be done as I don't fancy telling my neighbour that I've broken her computer.
Please help

Hello Ken.
I have seen your thread here, which is basically the same as this one http://www.pchelpforum.com/windows-x...-up-probs.html Please do not make more than one thread with the same problem, it will just confuse yourself and the people trying to help you. I will close this thread to avoid confusion. Thanks Matt
