Manual configuration of IRQ port steering.
I am perturbed by the fact that windows 98 and millennium, are able to configure the 'IRQ' ports yet for windows xp and 2k they can't. Thus may i inquire how should i do so for the above-mentioned operating systems? Thank you for your time.
