Why don't we try this then, just to make sure it isn't malware. Please download this program. HijackThis

Close your browser, and any programs you are not actually working on, to simplify the log. Then choose, Do a System Scan and Save Log File.

Copy the contents of the log file back here, and we will have the Security Team take a look at it. If you are clean we can go from there. But you still have not told us what the problems you are having are. Could you please include that with your log? Thanks,
