Default Task Manager Corrupted

Task Manager
I have a problem in Windows Xp Home edition on my Acer Notepad: from some time, when I press CRTL+ALT+DEL i open directly "Process" frame, and is present the button Terminate process, but all others nav button (Applications, Network etc ) are invisible. Also _ and X button are invisible, so, I cant' to exit or resize task manager, but I can only move it.
How to do?
Regards
Note: I'm able to regedit.

To correct this, simply double click on the border around the Task Manager window and it will return to its normal state...
