Hello.
When i tried to start my pc i got the following error message \c0000221 unknown Hard error
\systemroot\system32\ntdll.dll
and it will not boot, I tried to start it normally , safe mode and last known good configuration without any success, Please advise any suggestion.?

Hello there,try this:"STOP: C0000221 unknown hard error" or "STOP: C0000221 STATUS_IMAGE_CHECKSUM_MISMATCH" error message occurs

I checked the above site but I don't know which file is corrupt , my only option now is to re-install window xp but the only xp disk that i have is the xp professional update, Can i use that disk if so how go about it. ?

George do you have recovery console installed?This would register as drive D: in disk management.
I am not sure if an XP update disk is what you need.It would be an install disk or recovery disk?

what brand of computer is this?And what operating system are you running?
D is proberly/hopefully recovery console.
