Default Laptop Keeps Turning Off

Just a quick one

Our laptop keeps shutting off... We've noticed that the bottom of the laptop is getting very hot, especially with this very hot and humid weather we're having. Is that why it keeps shutting off or could it be something else that is causing this?

Hello FG,this could be just the heat of the day or maybe not.Make sure you have air passing around the laptop vents as much as possible.Give the vents a clean out.Make sure fans are clean and spinning.

How am I suppose to clean the fans without taking the laptop apart?

I can only see 1 vent and it looks clear

Could it possible be something else that it causing it to power off on it's own?
