Try the following:
Open Notepad copy and paste the text in red below. Make sure the Windows registry editor is the first line in the file. Click File > Save > Name the file Screensaver.reg > Change the type to All Files > Click Save. Make a backup of your registry - the easiest way to do this is to make a System Restore point. After you have done that - double click screensaver.reg on your desktop. When prompted if you want to add the information to the registry > click Yes. Reboot windows and hopefully you will have your screensaver tab back.
