Default RPC troubleshooting

hi gurus

I have a xp pro machine sp2, it went to blue screen I repair, I guess not really good because now I have tons of services that wont start because RPC wont start, This RPC is very important I guess. I need to find like a how to troubleshoot RPC service to make other service to work like (printer spool and others)
