Default PSU noise

hey
after building my first pc...everything works fine until i started to clear up the cables behind the tower...

when the pc was on & my ear was close up to the PSU fan...i can hear a sort of buzzing noise that continually runs when the pc is idle or on load...this buzz fluctuates as well.

i can only hear it when close up to the PSU fan, other wise i cant hear it....my computer runs fine and there are no problems.

the psu is a new Hiper 520w (only 2 weeks old)

any ideas or do all PSU make this faint noise when close up?
