Exclamation IPOD Problem

Hi, i have a 5th generation Ipod with video. 2 dayz back my sister wanted a copy of my songs so i tried to use iTunes but i couldnt find anything that would let me copy songs from my Ipod to her laptop. So i looked on google and found out that if i enable the hidden files and folders setting in the folder options i ca just go to the music folder in Ipod control i can copy the songs i want. I did that and gave her a copy of the songs. But yesterday when i tried to use my ipod none of the songs would play. They were all in the playlists and the songs all were visible in the ipod but when i press play, it just skips through all the songs and keeps on repaeating without playing. This is happening with the videos also. Nothing is playing, but it shows that the songs are there. So i went to iTunes and tried to play the songs, but an axclamation mark comes to the left of the songs when i try to play it. And when i go to get info the songs names and file sizes are all there, but when i go to the next tab all the places where i can put in information like title, album and so on are all not typeable. I mean like all the information is there like the song name and album and artist and so on, but i cant change anything and its all like greyd out. Also i went back to Ipod control and then to the music folder which had like 45 folders starting with F00 to like F45 which was where i copied the songs from. But now all the files have nothing in it and i made sure that the hidden files and folders were all shown. When i right click any of the folders, it tell me that there is 0 files in any of the folders, and that it is read only. But when i look at the space used on my Ipod the songs all should all still be there, but for some reason, i cannot find it or listen to any of them. I reinstalled iTunes and quicktime, but still couldnt get it to work. I have also been using a program called Yamipod for the past 2 weeks. I dont know if it had anything to do with the problem. I would like to get all my songs back. Thanks to everybody for your help. If anybody needs any more information please just let me no and i will provide it asap. Also i ran a diagnosic test using iTunes and i have put the results below this. Thanks.
Abraham
