Default Crashing Laptop....................

Evesham Laptop - XP Home SP2

Keeps crashing, have done sfc /scannow + all the anti-virusware

and the latest crash in the Event Viewer is:

Faulting application svchost.exe, version 5.1.2600.2180,

faulting module msxml3.dll, version 8.90.1101.0, fault address 0x00005c90.


Advice is nice

Hello,try this:

Click start then run type in box cmd click ok then type regsvr32 -u msxml3.dll hit enter.

If that fails try downloading Microsoft XML 3.0 Service Pack 1 from Microsoft.
