Default Need Help With Windows Movie Maker

Hi everyone out there!
New member here. Hope someone can help me. I am in the process of making a photo slideshow in the Movie Maker. I downloaded a picture (I believe it's called an applet?). The picture is of rain and the rain is falling. I have always used still pictures and never had an issue. I downloaded the rain picture into my Pictures, and it's just fine. It has the rain falling there. But in the Movie Maker, when I drag the picture down to the video line, the picture won't move (the rain doesn't fall) in the video player. It becomes a still picture. Is there something I can do to remedy this? I've seen many videos on You Tube of slide shows with these type of applet or java pictures in them; I think it adds a nice touch. Sorry if this is a long post. Still learning about the movie maker and I would like to learn more. Thanks for any help anyone is able to provide.

Janelle
