Windows XP/2000 - asp files keep opening in new window, help please posted in the Operating Systems forums; I dont see anything else that needs to come out so just see how that goes for a while......

Everything else seems ok but now when I reboot I get an error message something like "Instruction at 0x0040cfd9 referenced memory at 0xfffffffe. Memory could not be read." TmPfw.exe is in the window bar. I'm guessing it has to do with my Trend anti virus since I show the icon loading then it errors out again. Until it does that and I terminate it, I am not able to launch VZ Access Manager (software used to connect to internet). Here is the HJ log I ran after this happened.

I would be inclined to uninstall Trend Micro and the reinstall it.As for the memory problem I will now tranfer you to the guys who understand that stuff in the XP/2000 forum.

Tried that program. Same result. One program I try to uninstall says "cannot find install.log", When I try to remove Trend, a window comes up asking if I am sure I want to uninstall? I click yes and another window pops up for a second, disappears, and nothing happens.
