Smile XP CHKDSK Error O&O Defrag

Hello, I have this Defragmentation program called O&O Defrag. It's pretty good software, however it has theis security feature built-in to where before it defragments your computer it runs CHKDSK. It found an error on my C:/ drive and It doesn't fix the error or even tell me what the error is; it just tells me that there is an error. So I run CHKDSK from command prompt in read-only mode and it says something about allocated space being marked as unllocated or vice versa. Well so then i run it on start up with the /f part in there and it does it thing, it doesnt tell me whether or not it fixed anything it just runs and then tells me to restart. I still get the error message in O&O Defrag telling me there is a CHKDSK error. I'm about to re-install the software, I'll let you guys know if that fixes it, in the meantime, in other possible solutions?

EDIT:Re-installing the program did not change anything.

EDIT:Here is the first time i ran CHKDSK
