i am a disabled veteran who now is bound to a wheel chair. my wife and kids think that a computer will help me pass the time. i have a sony vaio vgnfs 790. i cannot open alot of pictures and other windows. i get a small window that says cannot open for a catastrophic error. i also cannot open up down arrows, i get a small window next to the down arrow that has a red circle with a red line threw it. we live on just my disability checks so as i am sure that i am not the only one but money is very very tight. we are on a fixed income and i would love to learn all i can about this computer for i have 9 grandchildren and would love to use it for pictures and music. so any help would be greatly appreciated thanking you in advance bill
