Whenever accessing web sites requiring registering, ordering, etc using I.E 7 or Firefox, the web site doesn't provide the execution button (submit, register, continue, etc) even after filling in all the required info. BUT, going to the same web site via Firefox using external hard drive everything is normal and action can be completed. I;ve tried removing I.E. and reinstalling several times but nothing works. I've checked all internet options and can't find any problem of checked and unchecked items. Help!!

Hi again
Open up Internet Explorer, click on Tools, select Internet options, click the advanced tab, and under the Browsing section, be sure that the Display a notification about every script error is unchecked. It could be a add on that is disabled or you might need to disable an add on. Or It could just be the website post a link of them here. |

On a friend's PC when they had IE7 installed it caused problems with their other browsers, uninstalling it & sticking with IE6 solved the problem
What version of Firefox are you using? (2.x or 3.x) |

Again my thanks for responses. Under advanced tab the display notification of errors is and has been unchecked. I am using FF ver 2.0. I have not tried removing I.E. 7 and then checking to see if FF by itself displays same problem.

It's worth a shot
![]() Also, and I doubt it in your case, but there's always the possibility of malware on your system, if you haven't solved this issue after a while we might have to explore this possibility but it's a bit of work to post all the logs here if you're not having any other probs. Do you have an antivirus program? If so, which one? |
