CCleaner changed Start Menu - I have no idea but Malware can do that too so it may have been the malware and not CCleaner. But it sounds to me like Start Menu is now just sorted by name - which you or someone else could have done by right clicking and clicking sort by name.
I see thank you for the input.

When you say Start Menu-Sort By Name. Are you referring to the actually Start Menu list of programs in there, or All Programs? I was referring to the All Programs, things in there seemed to be moved around as I said in my example: say games used to be under accessories now games has been moved down and is no longer beneath accessories

P.S How do you do Sort by Name, I'd like to test it, can I do that?

1. See my last post

2. Click all programs so it opens up, then right click and select sort by name

So since there is no room to right click, I assume I just right click on a program under there and select "sort by name"

Hmm, yeah i def did not hit this, I guess CCleaner did this or the spyware. Thank you.
