Hello jake do this:

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
1.Remove the earlier version of Windows Media Player. To do this, follow these steps:
a. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.
b. Click the earlier version of Windows Media Player, and then click Remove.

2.Reregister the Jscript.dll component. To do this, follow these steps:
a. Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.
b. At the command prompt, type regsvr32 /u jscript.dll, press ENTER, and then click OK.
c. At the command prompt, type regsvr32 jscript.dll, press ENTER, and then click OK.
d. Restart the computer, and then test the issue that is described in the "Symptoms" section.

If you still receive the error message, go to step 3.
3.Download and install the latest version of Windows Media Player.
To do this, visit the following Microsoft Web site: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download
