Hey shep this may not be a virus at all. This could be a driver reinstalling its self or some software trying to reinstall its self can you remeber any thing you installed lately?A driver, software?

EDIT:ahh this could be because you have been reinstalling/uninstalling silver light?

Perhaps from Silverlight - but in all my years, I've never seen this happen - no matter how many install/uninstall/reinstalls I've done....And that's plenty! Is there a way to see what's happening, like a log file in Windows? Thanks alot, Shep
