I have just had SP3 installed and when I boot up my PC I get the following message
Window title: "CTicketManagerWnd: MsnMsgr.Exe - Unable To Locate Component"
Error message: "This application has failed to start because sirenacm.dll
was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
Does anyone know how to get rid of this message.
I am running XP home.

Hello,I am not getting much help on this subject I had done a search.
Can you reboot and use safe mode to uninstall SP3? Repeatedly tap F8 on reboot? Try chatting to Microsoft :Help and Support
