Hello Napster, Are there any other Windows you have found which appear blank as well?

Can you try the following fix:
- Go to Start, Run and type in cmd
- From the black command window, type in regsvr32 jscript.dll
- Followed by regsvr32 wshom.ocx
- Finally regsvr32 urlmon.dll

And also, take a look at the second part of Method 1 from Microsoft: Several dialog boxes are blank

wshom.ocx worked and urlmon.dll, but jscript.dll failed..

im getting a reply saying

DllRegisterServer in jscript.dll failed.
Return Code was: 0x80004005

btw, i've looked at some responses to this, for taking ownership of the file through registry and some i get an error for accessing them.
Also its happening on my account too now. (which is every account)

i might just try a system restore, lol
