Default Physical memory Dump

hello, i had recently a problem with my acer laptop (xp) i was listening to music than pc freezes, and speakers run crazy and start whistling,couldn't do enything,i took the battery of than back and turn it on, but it keeps crashing after blue screen and saying beginning physical memory dump.so now its useless, could eny1 help me out pls?

acer travel mate
256,40 gb,celeron m 1,4ghz
xp home edition

What is the message you receive on the blue screen?

well i turn the pc on than it checks for disc erors, after that windows loads, and than blue screen, but i cannot write the error code down it crashes immediately, all what i can read its P.. memory dump.

Did you try starting the PC with;

Last known good configuration
-or-
Safe Mode?

To get to the menu in order to select these, switch your PC on and keep tapping the F8 key until the menu appears.

sure yes, i did try on everything, only change that in safe mode starts filling the screen with lines win/..something and freezes.
