It's's not changing speed --it is the Flash-Player itself (piece of ****)
What os are you running, XP or Vista & do you have all the updates insftalled??
Does it start /stop... blurry?.
First thing i would do is remove Flash Player-- and reinstall it.
It is very inportant to do this with your Firewall/Antivirus Disabled during install-- they can/do interfrere with installs of this type....
