Its my first post .

Is anyone using XP REPAIR PRO
Sometime ago i bought XP REPAIR PRO 2006. version 3.1.6
it worked fine untill i needed to change my hard drive for a bigger one and needed to download it again.
I logged on to the site and downloaded the same version (2006 version 3.1.6) and logged my username and password.
The problem is every time i start it up, it opens as the 2007 version.
It seems to be updating itself with out me asking it to.
i have not paid for the 2007 version so it will only scan and wont clean up, as its not registered to me.
I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times and keep getting the same result.
Its doing my head in

I dont want the updated version.
I am happy with the one i paid for.

i have sent them an email but they dont appear to be in a hurry to reply.

any ideas ?

who did you buy it from as there seems to be lots of companies selling it,also a long shot is try revo uninstaller which removes leftovers that win add/remove doesnt.
