Default Outlook Express 6

When I click on my Outlook Express icon up comes the blue box and that's it it stays on and goes no further. If I open anything else up and then close it down part of what I have shut down is left inside the blue Outlook box. This is very frustrating. I have also noticed my PC has slowed down quite considerably in the past week. I have run Spybot, Adaware, and I have AVG as my main virus protection. My CPU is running at 100% is this normal.
Sorry if I sound a little naive but I am no PC expert.

I ran a system restore recently, and I often scan with Adaware and Spybot I have AVG (free) as my main virus protection. I have not added any software or hardware recently.

System restore-- can actually slow your PC... though it's very incremental.
AdAware and Spybot are excellent freeware 'general scanners'-- but general scanners are only as good as their databases... sometimes it takes a live review by a specialist to remove some things.
There are signs of infection that they look for in these logs-- it takes training....

I will PM one of of our securty specialists to look your logs over-- if you come out clean-- THEN we look elsewhere.

Try this....

Please download the OTMoveIt by OldTimer
Save it to your desktop.
Please double-click OTMoveIt.exe to run it
Copy the file paths below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose copy):

c:\d81239fa38ae1a1d98\mrtstub.exe

Return to OTMoveIt, right click on the "Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved" window and choose Paste.
Click the red Moveit! button.
Close OTMoveIt
If a file or folder cannot be moved immediately you may be asked to reboot the machine to finish the move process. If you are asked to reboot the machine choose Yes.
