There is no malware in you log so it looks like your problem lies elsewhere.I will transfer you to another forum...

Hello and welcome to PC Help Forum.

Could you check your update history and see what you may of installed lately, maybe a driver or an update of some kind.
Check your hard drive on how much free space it has?
Have you installed any type of software lately?

sorry i totally forgot about coming back after i fixed it.

apparently i have some vundo infection. i first noticed two weirdly named .dll files in my system32 folder. its random i cant rmb it anymore its gone now, i think it goes like this xxvllxxd.dll and tuodcpsa.dll. they were hogging in system processes, such as lssass.exe and svchost.exe so i couldn't delete it just like that. finally i got rid of it with unlocker and my comp went back to its speed before this happened.

on the last note........ thank you pancake and jelly bean for your attention
