Hey Hit, where in your options it says for example, "Sound Card", if you don't what soundcard you have in your system, you can use SIW, most information will be found under the category of
Hardware followed by
Devices, Sound and Audio Devices. Your sound card is quite often the very first item on the list. Unfortunately, the most basic and poorest quality sound chipsets are also the most popular, because most will simply use them for their very basic functions. Examples include AC97, Soundmax and Crystal. They all have their little annoyances when you want to do more with them than simply audio, you may have found another. If I can get the name of your audio device, I can give you a download link for their latest driver, and see if they have overcome this problem in software, just incase it's a driver problem as apposed to a hardware issue.
