Hi,
Have you paid for your Hotmail account or is it a free account ?

A FREE account no longer permits access via 3rd party software such as Outlook Express.

Yahoo will permit POP3 accounts if you are in the UK, but not if you are in the US !
I am not sure about Morocco sorry. I can only suggest you try it out.

If it doesn't allow you to do it, try setting up an account, but during the sign-up process, state that you are in the UK !!

Ok, tell you what, give me a username and I'll set you a Yahoo (UK) account up.
I know it definitely allows a POP service as I have a couple of them!

Only problem I can see if if their servers detect that you're using the service from a country other than the UK, but you'll just have to try it out.
