Hello have you clicked on tools on your web browser and scrolled to internet options then programms tab and set your email to outlook?Then click apply?

In control panel go to user accounts and then "Set up my account to use a NET Passport using your MSN account details.

Only problem I can see if if their servers detect that you're using the service from a country other than the UK, but you'll just have to try it out.
