If your memory and hard drive are both good, then you might want to try this...

Place the XP Windows Install CD in the CD drive.
Go to the Accessories...Command Prompt
enter: sfc /scannow
There is a space between "c" and "/".
This could take from minutes to hours to run.

No prob's guys, let us know how the memtest goes, and we'll work our way through all possible causes to this problem, from the most likely, to the least likely. Memory problems can often go unseen for some time, causing data corruption in the background. It may even be a particular slot itself, or a compatability issue between your motherboard and the memory that your using. If your memtest comes back with 0 errors, we should hopefully be able to rule out all of these in one go.

I tryed it still got the problem!

And memtest says no errors.

Around the time that this problem started, had there been any hardware changes at all?

Can we rule out temperatures. Use speedfan around the times that your actually experiencing the problem. Please use: SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer

Yes it is a new config MB,CPU,RAM are new. PSU,hdd ata and sata,dvdrw nec nd 3550-a are from my old machine!
CPU were used two months on another MB.
