Default Blue Screen of Death 0x000000fc- what is this?!

The savedump:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000fc (0xa75a762c, 0x7099e963, 0xa75a723c, 0x00000001). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini041408-02.dmp.

I've checked all over the internet for a solution to this. Basically, what I came away with is that it could be ANYTHING! I don't think it is a virus- scans come clean and I haven't had a virus in years. This is a new computer build. And as I am writing this IT JUST DID IT AGAIN! My only theory is that when I installed Pinnacle Gamer Profile for the xbox 360 controller that the DEP didn't like it. I just went back into safe mode to set the noexecute to always off. I hope that works, but even if it does, that's not good enough. How do I pinpoint the problem? I have a new 500gb hard drive with old files transferred over. I also have an old IDE 300 gb that was the slave on my last pc and is still the slave. The only other part I am reusing is the d-link wireless draft n adapter. I installed all of the drivers- I made sure I covered everything. The case is clear so I'm looking in there- everything looks and sounds great! I don't get it!! Please! Is there a fix for this?

If you need the driver - try disabling DEP

Click Start > Run > type: CMD > Click OK

type: bootcfg /raw “/noexecute=alwaysoff /fastdetect” /id 1

press Enter

Reenable your driver - reboot pc and see if this helps. Post back if it doesn't work.
