Have you overclocked?

Are you sure your machine is getting enough cooling?

Thankyou.

I didn't make a note of the blue screen of death codes, sorry

How do I check if the computer has overclocked or cool enough?

Hi Billy,I just wondered as you had installed ATI tray tools.

Billy I could be wrong but I think this maybe more issues than say a virus or a combination of virus/malware/software/hardware.

You can hang on for one of our security staff to check the situation first. This then can hopefully help us along on this situation.

I hope this is ok for you just to make sure what we are dealing with.

Sure thing. I had often wondered what with the flashplayer issues etc, whether it was a video card issue maybe?

I'll hang on

Had another blue screen of death occurrence. I was listening to Talksport radio at the time, but apart from that nothing else special.

Had a couple of forums open as well, but this is all.

Here is the blue screen of death information I managed to get, hope it helps?

Hello Billy,Do you have the OS disk?

This maybe some hardware failureor drivers not sure at moment.

Could you set first boot to CD/DVD rom in BIOS/Setup put in disk and run recovery console.

Do you have Deamon tools installed? If you do maybe boot to safe mode by repeatedly tapping F8 and uninstall it.

Reinstall ATI drivers and maybe reinstall ATI Tray Tools.

Hi Jelly Bean,

Just to clarify (I am utterly useless when at PC)

I should reboot the PC with the XP disc in and run recovery console
I had Daemon tools installed, but uninstalled it quite a while ago - will still boot in safe mode and check
I should uninstall all ATi drivers and reinstall?

Cheers.

I would firsty try uninstall/reinstall drivers in safe mode.Run the recovery console.
I would also try testing hardware.
