Default i realy need help with recovery disk
my pc was playing up so i was going to use the recovery disk to restore evrything what what it has done it have formated the pc and then come up with errors so now the pc has nothing on and the recovery disk will not work dose any one know where i can download a new packard bell recovery disk from and can anyone help me please

Hi lewisbiff, welcome to PCHF

I'd say your best bet would be to get in contact with packard bell? request a new recovery disk from them, inform them that the one you have is faulty.

Strange that it's not working though, is the disc scratched badly or something?
