Windows XP/2000 - Slow problem posted in the Operating Systems forums; I thought that was gonna work ever so slightly better but everything stops responding an takes forever still Do you think it could be a virus my scanner isnt picking ...

Ok so I get another Virus/spyware program
an iv got like 4 trojans YUKK!! I removed them an so far it seems fine
I feel like i wasted my money on Zonealarm Pro
