Default Help on Using cables for PC

I have connected the cable from my PC (No internet) to the router.
I get this message : Limited or Low connectivity,
i have not installed anything whatsoever.
My router is DIR-300, D-Link.

Still cant connect to the internet. please help >.<

You said the PC was connected to the router.
Is the router connected to the ISP?
