Jo have you tried the boot tab for setting first boot device to CD/DVD rom?As there are two ways of chnging this in some BIOS settings like under advance tab?

Put in Disk very quickly on turning PC on?

What operating system are you trying to install?

Jo we have a chatroom.

There maybe a problem with the disk?

Or the CD drive needs a disk cleaner?
