Sorry for the delay... dinner time.

If you can-- you need to set the BIOS to boot from CD
Then I would try a Repair Install of Windows--

if the Repair install works-- and it should-- you should not lose any data at all-- it will finish, you reboot, and all your files should be there.

Thanks for the help guys! I got it fixed by simply reinstalling Windows on a different HDD that's set as the primary one now.

Issue [RESOLVED]!
