I want to change my password in my Hotmail account, but whenever I open the page it looks all the time like this :

I waited for more than one hour it's always the same problem.

What browser are you using? Also what version?

thank you so much Adam for you answer. I'm using Internet explorer 6, I have Ccleaner which clean cookies at every boot.
by the way, it was working before I formatted my computer.

Try clearing it manually. Go to Tools > Internet Options. What version of Windows are you using?

First, please follow Hengis's instructions on updating java and flash.

You should for sure update windows frequently. There is a Hotfix for this in one of the updates I read and that could be your problem. Please update Windows by going to Microsoft Windows Update. You may have to do this multiple times. I also highly recommend turning on Automatic Updates, by going to the Control Panel, going to Security Center and turning on Automatic Updates. This will significantly improve your computer's security and make it more stable to avoid issues like this.
