i need someone to please explain a file that came up in a recent on demand scan.the threat level was listed as unknown .heres the file.C:/Program/Files/DellsupportCenter/Heuristic.Dialer.ras. i cant seem to find a clear answer as to if i should delete this file or if its a false positive.its in quarentine right now.the pc has been running great.a squared is the only anti-spy to pick this up.i cant seem to find this file in pc. any help would be appreciated.will deleting this file hurt my pc.i restored it for a short while and nothing happened.but i put it back in quarentine.thanks
