Not sure if this is right section but here goes. . .

I recenty purchased a vimicro webcam off ebay, anyway i had troubles installing it but finally managed to do it and then it said i had no video capturing software or hardware i cant remember anywayz the seller told me to download a webcam 301 driver, so i went to the vimicro website and downloaded the one suited for my computer however at the end of installation it said that my computer may shut down if i have this on my computer so anyway i kept going, I used it once and it was all good and then the next time i went into the capturing thingo it shut windows down and came up with a blue warning screen and then started going a file dump or some sort?? so anyway i turned the comp off tried again and it did it again. So I uninstalled and re installed and ive done a diff driver the seller told me to upload but that still isnt working and im getting really frustrated. . .
Anyway wen i turned the comp back on each time i got a diff error report sort of thing to sent to microsoft and when error reporting was completed it was like oh this is critical on your comp or something..

Any help would be reallly appreciated...

okay no1 seems to be able to help on this anywhere... anyway i read up the top of the threads that u can upload some dump thing?? so i followed the instructions n here is just 1 of mine but they're all the same size so i take it its doin same files all the time??

Hey Sharnz,

I'm leaning very much towards faulty RAM at this point (most common cause of BSOD's). Is there any chance you could post another dump/log around the same time so that I can confirm this. Also, in your Event Viewer, are there any events with the ID: 1003?
