Shar, if you double click on that 1003 error, does the source show "System Error" with category "102"?

That would be consistent with the second dump/log you posted also, thanks for that. I think you have some other problems with your PC, but lets deal with the biggest one I can see at the moment, which is the result of a Trojan you have.

Please can you follow this Microsoft link, which will describe how to fix this particular problem: The computer may automatically restart, or you may receive a "serious error" message or a Stop error message in Windows Server 2003, in Windows XP, or in Windows 2000

Also, when that problem is fixed, please can you check out PCHF Prework on my signature. It looks like that's not the only nasty you have in your PC, but I'll leave that for our resident virus experts to clean anything that is left in your PC after that Microsoft fix.

hey so do i use the first 3 methods??

I only just got this laptop re booted hey with everything, ****! okay ill go through and do that now. but where it says delete the malicious driver what do i delete?

Sorry Sharnz, that article is a little long an confusing. They have put the names at the bottom of the page under More Information. The malware names may either be, gbqxmhia.sys, upzvlbvv.sys or jsbmefvk.sys. Also look for one called vvftav303.sys.
