Everytime I try getting online...I never make it to first base. I just get a message stating "sorry windows not able to open due to possibly files, an error, if weather, etc... then it leads you to a few prompts on what to do which doesnt work, simply takes me back to the error messages.

I cant even work off line, cant get into windows to view offline icons or anything. I contacted the computer company (my pc was purchase at a pawn shop some years back)..I saw every no. listed except a 10 digit serial no. they required upon helping to solve the problem....now don't that beat all.

I really need to get this pc in operation again....help please!!!! Any suggestions?

Try downloading this on to a disk and run it in the pc with the problem .This will run with out windows .Go to
Spotmau.com - Fix your computer easily! I think they have a free down load . I have it and it works. As long as the code is on the pc.

Let me know, in the meantime I'll start doing some research.

just to toss in my nickel's worth, whoever is looking into getting anything from spotmau may want to read some consumer reports first. They've garnered a lot of bad reviews, and from what I've heard, most if not all of them seem to be warranted.

Again, just my plugged nickel's worth.
